This 400,000 sq ft industrial building was constructed from the ground up, starting in the fall of 2020 and finishing in the summer of 2021. The project encountered several challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic, including supply chain issues, rising material prices, and a shortage of labor. Winter weather conditions during land development also posed difficulties, leading to site shutdowns for snow removal and causing a four-week delay in the schedule.
To overcome these obstacles and ensure successful completion, CBRE utilized Fusion partners and local market relationships. The focus was on delivering the project on time and within budget, ultimately providing the client with a seamless transition for day-one operations.
