SAE International

This project involved renovating the SAE International office in Cranberry, PA, covering 25,000 sq ft. Matthew, on behalf of CBRE, provided full-service project management for the project, which began on November 12, 2018 and concluded on July 9, 2019. Challenges included relocating 60 employees to a swing space and replacing the roof during winter. The project was split into two phases, and coordination was crucial to keep the building operational. Despite complexities, effective communication with stakeholders led to the project’s success. SAE moved into the renovated office as planned, saving on additional rent and meeting the schedule.
